Ingenieria Tecnica Omega SCA was incorporated in the year 2000 by Pierre Guillen who was active until October 2004, at such date it was inactive and Pedro Guillen incorporated Ingenieria Franco Espanola Omega S.L., «IFEO» being shareholder of 95% of the company.
In August 2015, Pierre Guillen sold 75% of his participation to a Spanish Group in order to be able to be able to front the Projects that IFEO had been awarded, in particular the sugar refinery in YUNBU Saudi Arabia for Durrah Group.
In October of 2017, Pierre Guillen sold his remaining stake in IFEO of 25% to the same Group, detaching any commitments and obligations of any nature from IFEO. As of now, Ingenieria Tecnica Omega SCA has been transformed in to a S.A Company whose shareholders are:

EPC Projects (Engineering Procurement Construction) are those in which INTERMEDIACION INGENIERIA TECNICA OMEGA “IITO” is responsible for all the work. We assume all responsibilities, from implementation to the management of Works and entrepreneurship.
CONSTRUCTION & BUILDING: INDUSTRIAL WORKS, STEEL STRUCTURE FABRICATION AND CIVIL WORKS
